TRANSCRIPT:-
Frame 1: Recap - Read the first part yourself damnit
Frame 2:
... [When suddenly the tide] came in and trapped Vay in the cave
Frame 3:
That night Sam went sadly back to the holiday resort. "Why does she
always go missing when we go to the beach?"
Frame 4: The next day Sam went
to the caves
Frame 5: But all he could find was Vay's raincoat! Sam Started
to cry!
Frame 6: So that night Sam went to the holiday resort even
sadder
Frame 7: But when Sam got home he had a surprise. "Hi Sam, you wanna
play Hide n' Seek"..."Yes Vay, I'll count. 1,2,3...VAY!"
Frame 8: Sam asked
Vay what had happened. Vay told him 'I was stuck on a rock near the edge of
the cave when I suddenly saw a fishing boat. I shouted and the fisher took me
home.'
Frame 9: So Sam and Vay finished their holiday and went
home
BACKGROUND INFO:-
This issue was an attempt to engage the audience in the
character Sam's emotions, as people were supposed to feel sadness as Sam
thought Vay was lost. Of course, it fails miserably, mainly because it's such
unconvincing sounding writing. Yes folks, we're back to it resembling a TV
Soap again.
Finally, I have no idea where that raincoat Vay loses is supposed to have come from. She certainly hasn't been wearing it at any other point in the story. *sigh*
