BACKGROUND INFO:-
Jake's secret tunnel network was a network of secret tunnels (!) leading from one part of the house to the other. There was even a map of it in issue 1. What the point of it was, I don't know, but I sure know I'd love them in my house. Afterall, who doesn't enjoy running around underground. *grins*

For anyone wondering how this strip was going to continue, the smell referred to in the last frame was not Jake, but was in fact the smell of burning. That fire which Mitana had neglected to the point of sitting down and watching TV, had by now taken hold of the entire house. Issue 4 would have featured a grueling battle to escape the flames.
