Issue 1-3(1996-1998) - Pip and Skip Move House/Pip and Skip's New School

One sunny day Pip & Skip saw an advertisement for a 2 bedroomed burrow. Pip and Skip only lived in a small semi-detached rabbit-hutch so they decided to move. 2 weeks later a moving van arrived. Pip and Skip started to pack their stuff into the van. Pip, however, accidentally, shoved Skip into a cupboard and locked it. BANG THUMP BANG!! "Let me Out!!" Pip was wondering where Skip was because he was having to do all the work. Finally Pip, Skip, The cupboard and all the other furniture set off. When they got there Pip shifted everything into the house and opened the cupboard:- Out hopped Skip.
The new 'house', was much better than the old one, and the weekend soon passed. Pip and Skip got ready to go to their new school!

 

Finally Monday came and Pip and Skip went to their new school. After registration, the first lesson was geography. The teacher asked the class to do a map from one essential landmark in the world, to another, but Pip got wrong for drawing a route from the Fridge to the cooker to the television. Not because of what he had drawn, but because the drawings were so poor. The next lesson of the day was P.E. But Skip got wrong for dropping a 10 ton dumbbell on the teacher's foot. Skip then hit a tennis ball in her face. Before she could kill him it was Breaktime.

 

At the end of break a bell rang. BRINGGG!!! "Oh well! Back To Work", said Pip and Skip, heading for the door, whilst everyone else ran into neat lines on the school field. Pip then heard someone shouting, "FIRE". He ran towards the field, then turned and shouted, "QUICK SKIP! COME ON!". Skip started to reply but was interrupted, "Why there's nothing Wr...."

BOOM!!!

"Oh... Dear", mumbled Skip. There was no school left so Pip stayed at home for six weeks. Skip meanwhile was still trapped in the ruins of the school, "Hello... Hello. Is anybody there?..." In the 4th week of the holidays some teenagers came and set the remains on fire(as teenagers do!!).
"AHHHHHHHHHHHH:..."

 

BACKGROUND INFO:-
The storyline started off as 'Pip and Skip Move House' in issue 1, but continued as 'Pip and Skip's New School' for issues 2 and 3.

It's probably too late to warn you now, but 'Ultra-corny-alert' for that first sentence about a '2 bedroomed burrow'. For a start, it should say two-burrowed warren! Meh! I'll just hide behind that 'I was only 10' excuse again! =:D
