BACKGROUND INFO:-
I decided to tie up the Buster's Time Machine story in this issue, hence the incredibly long 2 part strip! (split up into 3 on here, due to filesize!). The reason being I started the story back in 1996, hence it was still based upon how the Listonians used to be back then. Alot had changed by 1998 (eg Jacqueline introduced, moving to Listonia, becoming known as The Listonians) so I decided to rush in a 'catchy-up-to-date' thing at the end of this.
